Personal Information
You may visit the OCARMA website without revealing any personal information about yourself. Personal information like name, address, telephone number and e-mail is obtained only when voluntarily submitted by registering for any of our meetings or workshops, or when contacting any members of our Board of Directors.

How We Use It
If you choose to provide personal information via the Internet, we will use your personal information only to respond to your question or to provide you with the information you have requested.

Your information is not saved unless you specifically ask to be added to our mailing list, which is use solely for sending out announcements for upcoming chapter events.

In the process of administering our site, we maintain and track usage through web server logs, which provide such information as what types of browsers are accessing our site, what pages receive high traffic and and what times of day. We will use this information to improve the content and navigation features of our site. It is not used to personally identify you.

How We Share It
Other than delineated above, we will not sell, rent or lease to others names, addresses, telephone numbers or e-mail addresses.

How to Review/Revise It
Send an email to the Chapter President to request that your information be revised or removed. If you are an OCARMA member, please update your information throught the ARMA International website, as we update our member mailing list monthly based on information sent from ARMA HQ.
