OCARMA Leadership Grants
Every year ARMA's Pacific Region conducts a 2-day Leadership Conference to assist the chapters in the Pacific Region in developing the leadership abilities of their chapter board of directors. While attendace at the conference is not mandatory to serve on our board, it is an extremely valuable experience. Therefore, the OCARMA Board encourages all board members to attend. If a board member's company does not reimburse for this type of training and the member cannot afford the fees, a Leadership Grant is available. Contact the President for more information.
