About The Speaker

Tim Hastings, Sales Consultant, E2.0 Group, Oracle

Tim Hasting joined the Oracle Corporation as part of the Stellent acquisition, where he served as a Senior Sales Engineer, specializing in the ECM solutions crafted around compliance, ediscovery and risk mitigation issues.

Tim's ECM experience spans over 14 years, including roles as a Systems Engineer at FileNET Corporation and also direct field experience with a successful bay area document management and imaging systems integrator. He has hands-on experience with production systems, extensive training and adaptive consultative style.

Tim also has a unique customer perspective, serving as the first Manager, Information Systems for Seven Seas Cruise Line, San Francisco, 1992, where he managed the development, implementation and integration of all corporate IT systems, applications and resources. Tim has a keen understanding and focus on best practices, delivering value and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Tim's business career began with the IBM Corporation, later joining the Exxon Corporation as a Regional Systems Specialist in San Francisco and later at Exxon corporate offices, Stamford, CT.
